Lamar Reed is a partner in Kingsway Realty, Lancaster, PA. He has experience as a former owner of Lamar Reed and Associates, Realtors, a general office brokerage real estate company. Prior to joining Kingsway Realty, Mr. Reed was affiliated with Jackson Cross Company based in Philadelphia representing their investment division. He specialized in commercial/investment properties in the central Pennsylvania market area which included Lancaster, Harrisburg, Wilkes-Barre, Allentown, Hershey, Lebanon, York, and Ocean City, Maryland.
He brings with him 30 years experience in the business community and real estate industry and has personally completed or coordinated real estate transactions, which include industrial buildings, motels, shopping centers, shopping center sites, office buildings, apartments, development land, farms, acquisitions of companies and hundreds of residential homes. He has interfaced with bankers, corporate business executives, attorneys, accountants and other professionals to promote marketing plans and analyze investment opportunities.
He has completed courses at Pennsylvania State University in real estate financing, real estate theory and practice, real estate law and real estate appraising. He also has specialized training in advanced real estate taxation, location and market analyst, marketing of investment real estate and exchanging. Mr. Reed is licensed as a Broker in Pennsylvania, and holds memberships in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and National Association of Realtors, past state director of Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and holds the National Designation CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute).

Lamar and his wife, Irene, live in the Lititz area. Both grew up and were raised on Lancaster County farms. Lamar & Irene have two children and two grandchildren.
